In the Fresh Case

Cinnamon Apple Breakfast Sausage

Add a little sweet to your savory this Easter with our handmade Cinnamon Apple Breakfast Sausage. Made with local heritage pork, warm spices, and sweet bits of apple, it’s a brunch-ready bite that brings cozy flavor to the table.

Breakfast Sausage Pinwheels

These delightful pinwheels feature our house-made breakfast sausage wrapped in freshly prepared biscuit dough. A quick 12 minutes in the oven at 425 degrees transforms them into a delicious breakfast or appetizer. Grab them while they're available!

Stuffed Mushrooms

Button mushrooms are filled with a creamy blend of tangy cream cheese, savory garlic, and Swiss cheese, creating the perfect bite-sized treat. Available in our fresh case and ready to cook at home, these rich, flavorful morsels are an ideal appetizer to prep before the main event. Simply bake and enjoy a crowd-pleasing snack that’s as easy as it is delicious!

Garlic & Herb Brined Whole Chicken

Pastured whole chickens from Buttonwood Farms with the backbone removed so they lay flat and soak up every bit of our aromatic brine made from fresh herbs, coarse salt, garlic, and spices. The spatchcocked cut means faster, more even cooking—perfectly juicy meat, beautifully crisp skin, and a guaranteed centerpiece for your holiday feast

Deviled Eggs

Classic Deviled Eggs, done right. Made with pasture-raised eggs from Buttonwood Farms, a touch of stone ground mustard, and topped with crispy Langhorne Meats bacon. They’re rich, tangy, and ready to serve at your Easter feast.

Corn Beef Hash

hearty, simple, and ready for the skillet. Tender corned beef brisket with onions and potatoes, all prepped and ready to crisp up just the way you like it. Available by the quart, with one quart feeding two.

Scalloped Potatoes

We did all the slicing, weighing, and layering so you don’t have to—thin-sliced Yukon Gold potatoes stacked with a rich cheddar cheese sauce, ready to bake for your holiday feast. Just cover with foil and bake at 375° for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake another 30 to get that bubbly, golden brown finish.

Apple Walnut Chicken Salad

Brined and roasted Buttonwood Farms chicken breast tossed with mayo, sweet Granny Smith apples, tangy red onion, roasted walnuts, and a hint of tarragon. It’s the perfect addition to your Easter charcuterie board—serve it with crackers or fresh toasted bread and let everyone dig in.
